Template Policies

By purchasing a template, you agree that:

The design is copyrighted White Fox Creations and White Fox Creations owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase and design.

Each template purchase may be used for one project only (eg: 1 Squarespace Template Kit purchase = 1 Website)

If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as your own.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.

You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that all of our products are digital, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please be sure to review the template policies. If you have any template specific questions, please contact us before you make your purchase.

Template Support Policy

We are happy to help you with issues relating to the template itself, the install/build, the downloads, the provided files + any problems that might arise with these.

Template Installation Policy

(Only applicable if you have purchased a Squarespace Template Kit Installation package.)

This install service will transfer your chosen Squarespace Template Kit into your Squarespace account, but NOT into a live website. If you have a live website on Squarespace, we recommend manually transferring (copy + pasting) your content over to the new site. If you have a lot of blog posts, shop items or items that can’t be easily manually transferred, please contact us to discuss what the best option for you will be.

We will always do our best to have your template installed within 72 hours (Monday-Friday), but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances and although unlikely, we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer.

Once the template is installed into your account, it is no longer ours and is your responsibility to add your own content + edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot come back into the site and reverse them.

White Fox Creations reserves the right to decline or cancel any installation at any time. In the event of an installation order being cancelled, White Fox Creations will refund the full amount of the Install service. Though we cannot refund for the Squarespace Template Kit purchased in conjunction with this order.
